We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mansion Sophia. The villa and village of Megalochori is second only to the fantastic service provided by Takis and his team.
The villa is beautiful and the small village of Megalochori in which is sits, outstanding. A quite tranquil reprieve from the noise of the over-touristed parts of Santorini. With an amazing winery, handful of exceptional restaurants, bars and cultural venues all less than 50 meters from the villa we ended up spending little time elsewhere.
Takis is a brilliant host. Communication was excellent were his recommendations and connections for outings and activities.
Whenever I return to Santorini, I will return also to Megalochori and Mansion Sophia.
