We had an amazing time in Megalochori at Kyani! Takis and Constantin were very helpful, quick to respond to any questions, and were great at suggesting and booking local recommendations.
The villa itself is stunning and in a fairy tale setting. It was great to have three separate self-contained units, and the kitchens, although small, were well equipped and big enough to prepare meals for multiple people.
The daily service is outstanding and thorough. We made good use of the pool, even though the water was cold despite warm days.
We would very highly recommend this place.

Gem of a villa!

We just returned from the beautiful island of Santorini and loved our stay in charming Megalochori and this gem of a villa. We loved all of the outdoor areas – perfect for our family to lounge and read by the pool before and after exploring the island. I loved walking to the local bakery and being a short walk away from the various restaurants. Everyone in the town was super friendly! The host Takis and his team were excellent with proactive communications and on point recommendations. The sunset catamaran cruise was one of our favorite excursions! I hope to come back to visit again!

We loved staying here! Takis was so helpful, offering ideas and recommendations before we arrived. The house is beautiful and made the perfect restful spot away from the crowds in other towns. We loved the village and enjoyed walking around the bakeries, shops and restaurants. The concierge was kind and helpful and supported us with tips through our stay. Absolutely recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough great things about my stay at Taki’s villa. It was even more beautiful in person than what is shown in the photos. Takis is hands down the most responsive host I have ever encountered and Konstantinos was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I truly had a wonderful visit and would HIGHLY recommend staying in this location during your stay in Santorini!

It was perfect!
The house was clean, well-organized, and very suitable for a couple or a couple with kids. Takis communicated excellently with us before our arrival, and Konstantinos met us at the property and took care of everything we needed. The house is in a great location in town and was very pleasant to stay in.

Wonderful place to stay….quaint village with several restaurants to choose from…several outdoor hideaways to choose from within the courtyard area plus the pool. Takis was very, very responsive for the two weeks up to our arrival as I had multiple questions and he always replied quickly.
I highly recommend you consider this if you have a small family gathering or several couples.

Our stay was perfect. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Takis and concierge, Konstantinos, went above and beyond to seamlessly set us up transfers from the airport to the house, smoothly handing over the car and informing us about all the delights in Santorini and the pretty town of Megalochori, where the villa is situated.

The house has tons of character, is super clean and situated in a brilliant location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Everything works perfectly and beds and towels are turned over every day with a non intrusive housekeeping service.

The view from the upper terrace is stunning, easily the best in the village. The pool is lovely and has a great view too.

Thank you so much, Takis, for being such a fantastic host and letting us stay in your beautiful house. Your communication and speed of replying to queries was beyond excellent

The perfect Greek villa! Amazing location – peaceful and private yet only one minute walk to the village with lots of restaurants. The pool and courtyard was a beautiful place to relax. The host provided great recommendations and helped book drivers and restaurants for our stay. Would highly recommend!!
